You can easily extend your warranty to three years by adding one year through the application. Our warranty service includes free repairs of material and production errors or a replacement of the device. (This does not include wear parts such as brush attachments and batteries which have defects due to improper handling or whose battery life has shortened.)

You could apply for an extended warranty up to three months after the date of purchase for your hoogo if you bought it as new, from either our shop or from one of our commercial partners, and you have the receipt. To do that, enter your details into the form above and upload your receipt. After successfully verifying your details, we will send you a certificate of extended warranty via e-mail. Keep the certificate in a safe space to be able to submit it to our service partner in order to get free repairs in the event of a warranty claim.

By applying, you can easily extend your warranty of 2 years to 3 years, by adding another year.
The warranty extension is free.
In order to apply for the extension, you need your receipt of the original purchase. You can upload this as *. png, *.jpeg, *.jpg, *.gif or *.pdf. You should keep the original receipt. In addition, you need to enter your personal information and the date of purchase.
The warranty extension covers all costs of repairs that result from material and production errors. (This does not include wear parts such as brush attachments and batteries which have defects due to improper handling or rather whose battery life has shortened.)
You can conclude a warranty extension for all hoogo vacuum cleaners. The warranty extension does not include separately available parts, such as attachments, batteries, as well as the flipflop nozzle.
Warranty claims refer to appliances that are bought and operated in Germany. For more information about the scope of warranty in another country inside the EU/EFTA, please refer to the respective service hotline. Warranty claims do not apply to devices outside of the EU/EFTA. In case of divestment or private sale the warranty extension is not transferable.
