How do I return an order?
You can return your package free of charge if it is complete and in its original packaging. For a return label, simply send us an e-mail to info@hoogo.world with the subject "Return".
If you are not satisfied with the performance of your hoogo product, please check whether you have cleaned and maintained it according to the operating instructions before returning it. Proper cleaning of filters and nozzles is important to maintain performance. If you have questions regarding our product, you can also call the respective service hotline or send us an e-mail.
