Why can't I turn on the S6?
First check whether the battery is inserted correctly. The battery is completely discharged. Connect the stick vacuum cleaner to the power supply and charge the battery.
Why can't the hoogo S6 be charged?
There can be three reasons for this.
The power adapter is not plugged in correctly. Therefore, check whether the power adapter is firmly plugged into the socket and the adapter.
The battery is not properly inserted into the device. Disconnect the power adapter from the hoogo S6 and check if the battery is properly seated. Now reconnect the vacuum cleaner to the power supply unit.
You have used the wrong power supply unit by mistake. You can recognize the original hoogo S6 power supply by the cable with blue flag. Although the plugs of other power supply units may also fit into the charging socket of the battery, they will not function properly with different power supply voltages and may even damage the battery. Therefore, only use the original hoogo charging cable!
