The battery is completely discharged. Connect the vacuum cleaner to the power supply and charge the battery.

There may be two reasons for this. The power supply is not plugged in properly. Therefore, check that the power supply is firmly plugged into the socket and adapter. Or did you accidentally use the wrong charging cable? Always use the supplied original power supply with the blue flag for charging. This is the only way to ensure proper functioning and charging of the battery.

First check whether the dust container is full and clean the filter. If the nozzle does not fit to the surface, change the nozzle.
