Troubleshooting S5+

First check whether the battery is inserted correctly. The battery is completely discharged. Connect the stick vacuum cleaner to the power supply and charge the battery.

There are two possible reasons for this. The power adapter is not plugged in correctly. Therefore, check whether the power adapter is firmly plugged into the socket and the adapter. The battery is not properly inserted into the device. Disconnect the power adapter from the hoogo S5+ and check if the battery is properly seated. Now reconnect the vacuum cleaner to the power supply.
