Troubleshooting

First, check if the battery pack is inserted correctly. If the battery is empty, charge it using the included charging cord.

This could be due to 2 different reasons.

The power adapter is not properly plugged in. Therefore, check whether the power supply unit is firmly plugged into the socket and into the adapter.

The battery is not properly inserted in the device. Disconnect the power adapter from the hoogo S4 and check whether the battery is properly seated. Now reconnect the vacuum cleaner to the power supply.
