Troubleshooting
Why does the B3+ only pick up a little dirt?
There can be various reasons for this:
The dust bag is full. Check the dust level indicator and change the dust bag if needed. You can read in instruction manual how the dust bag is changed.
The filters are dirty. Clean the motor and exhaust filter, how that is done is described in the instruction manual.
The nozzle used is not suitable for the floor. Change the nozzle, in order to efficiently vacuum the respective floor. The change of the nozzle is described in the instruction manual.
The set suction power does not fit the respective floor. Vary the suction power and adjust the suction power to the floor that needs cleaning. How to set the right suction power is described in the instruction manual.
Also check if nozzle, suction pipe, handle, or tube are blocked and remove the blockage, if needed.
Why does the B3+ suddenly stop vacuuming?
The B3+ has an integrated overheat protection and turns itself off, if the device is overheating. An overfilled dust bag or dirty bags could be the source of overheating. First, turn off the device and unplug it. Wait about 45 minutes, until the B3+ has cooled down. In the meantime, inspect the source of overheating and remove it by changing the dust bag, cleaning the filter or clearing blockages. Only turn the B3+ back on, when it has cooled down.
