Why can I not turn on the hoogo R2?

This could be due to different reasons. First, check whether the battery pack is inserted correctly. You can read how to insert the battery pack in the handling manual.

The battery pack is completely empty. Turn off the device using the ON/OFF button (position “0”) and charge the battery pack as described in the handling manual.

The device was turned on while charging (position “I”). Turn off the device using the ON/OFF button (position “0”) and back on (position “I”). The device then starts up.

The lid of the dust bin compartment was taken off while the device was still on. Turn off the device using the ON/OFF button (position “0”) and back on (position “I”). The device then starts up.

Why is the battery indicator glowing red?

The performance of the battery pack is too weak. Turn off the device using the ON/OFF button (position “0”) and charge the battery pack, as described in the handling manual.

The device has no contact to the floor. Place it on the floor. It will now start cleaning immediately.

Why is the cleaning indicator glowing red?
