How does the vacuum robot charge?

The vacuum can be charged with a charging cord. There is no space needed for a charging station.

What does the indicator on the hoogo R2 vacuum robot mean?

The R2 vacuum robot uses indicator lights to show you the status of the charge, when it needs to be recharged, and when the dust container needs to be emptied. The precise meaning of each indicator and their figure on the robot can be found in the handling manual.

How is the dust container emptied?

It is very easy to empty the dust container. To do that, you simply remove the dust container lid and pull out the dust container with the filter. Hold the dust container over a trash can and then detach it from the filter. Now knock out both parts using light hits and if needed, wipe with a dry cloth.

How are the dust container and filter cleaned?

Empty the dust container before rinsing it with cold or lukewarm water. The filter can also be cleaned by rinsing it with cold or lukewarm water. Before putting them back in, both parts need to dry for at least 24 hours at room temperature.

Is it necessary to use vacuum cleaner bags in the dust collector?

No, vacuum cleaner bags are not needed for the hoogo R2. Simply open the respective compartment, take out the container, and empty it.

How often does the dust container need to be emptied?

This depends on the frequency of use and the amount of dirt vacuumed.

What happens if the battery is empty during the use of the vacuum robot?

If the battery is empty, the hoogo R2 stays off and needs to be charged with the charging cord. If you restart it, the vacuum robot restarts its cleaning program.
